In 2020 during the COVID lockdown period, like everyone else, I rejoined the Pokemon TCG hobby and became interested in grading my childhood collections. However, there was no transparent and trustworthy services around in Singapore; some service providers would take advantage of new customers by swapping their cards and adding on unjustified additional fees to the customers. 

Oxley Grading was created to address the shortage of transparent and trustworthy submission services. Oxley Grading became one of the oldest established card grading submission service provider.  We were established in 2020 to address the acute demand for trustworthy, ethical and reasonably priced card submission service.

We pride ourselves on combating card swapping  (customers can take photos of their cards and it is recorded in our system) and also mysterious upcharge (any additional fee charged by PSA is shown publicly in our telegram and Whatsapp group chat). Honesty, transparency and integrity underpins the Oxley Grading brand. 

 

With no fancy gimmicks or marketing, we became Singapore's first PSA, BGS, CGC and TAG authorised dealer. This shows the extent that we are trusted, where our customers come from strong word of mouth reputation. 

While other grading submission service providers have been embroiled in scandals and fiascos, Oxley Grading has stood the test of time with our close and careful attention to our submitter's cards. 

 

From humble beginnings where we would meet customers at public spaces, to a small store at Upper Thomson, we have since expanded to a larger physical store conveniently located near Dhoby Ghat MRT Station where you can find TCG and Sports sealed products, singles and graded cards available for purchase.
